“ Finding a four-leaf clover is like shaking hands with destiny: rare, unexpected, and full of hope.” (Anonymous)

The legend of the four-leaf clover in Celtic Ireland

The story of the four-leaf clover begins in the nice Ireland, a land wrapped in green hills, legends, fairy tales and mystery. For the Celts, this mighty plant was more than just a curiosity of nature: it was a magical charm, believed to protect against danger and keep evil spirits away. Whoever found one, because of it rarity, was thought to be blessed by the gods, guided by good fortune in both journeys and the turning points of life.

Quatrefoil in Gold and red Coral

The coral and gold four-leaf clover combines two of the most powerful apotropaic materials. Red coral, long believed to protect against evil and bring vitality, meets gold, the eternal metal tied to the sun, prosperity, and inner strength. Together, they create a talisman unlike any other: a jewel to cherish, symbolizing love, fortune, and protection through life’s most meaningful moments.

The four leaves and their special meanings

Each of the four leaves carries a rare blessing:

  • Love – because without it, life has no roots.
  • Health – the most fragile yet priceless treasure of all.
  • Luck – that gentle push that opens doors.
  • Prosperity – not only in wealth, but in the heart and in our relationships with persons.

One in ten thousand: the wonder of finding it

They say only one clover in ten thousand grows a fourth leaf. That’s why finding one feels like destiny’s whisper—a rare sign that makes the heart beat faster like when you do "Bingo!"

A treasure to cherish

A four-leaf clover is more than a botanical rarity. It’s an invitation to pause, to treasure life’s little gifts, and to keep them close. To cherish something means to pass it on, like a jewel handed from mother to daughter—carrying with it memories, lessons, and values that resurface later in life, just when it's time we need light and strength the most. It's the way the Italian lucky charms become iconic in our tradition!

From design to jewelry: an Italian touch

When our designer Yuri set out to shape a four-leaf clover in gold, he looked for the tenderness of nature and transformed it into a symbol meant to last forever. But it was Gabriella’s idea that made it truly unique: adding a tiny red enamel cornicello on the back, blending Irish charm with Italy’s own iconic tradition of lucky amulets.

Four-leaf clover and cornicello: two worlds of luck in a precious amulet

The result is a jewel unlike any other: a golden four-leaf clover on one side, and on the reverse, a little horn necklace in relief that wants to call fortune close to you. A double talisman—where Ireland’s greenery meets Italy’s red warmth—uniting two cultures of luck in a single mighty piece. The idea was born right in our shop, from me, Gabriella, who always says that beauty grows even stronger when rooted in the traditions of home.

Gabriella’s conclusion

The four-leaf clover reminds me of something Grandma Carmela often says in her own frank way:

“There was a man who prayed every day to Saint Gennaro, asking to win the lottery. One day the statue moved and said: ‘My son, at least buy a ticket!’”

And that’s the lesson: luck alone isn’t enough. First, you must learn and recognize it, and have the right heart to welcome it. Only then can you truly cherish it—just as we do with our family jewels.
