Today Ugo Speaks

Hi I would like to introduce myself ... I am Ugo.

I am a cute but very very strong little dog ... maybe I am simply a little wolf or at least I think I am!

The one you see with me in the picture is my mom and her name is Gabry.

She often tells me that I am her furry son, she always takes me in her arms and holds me tightly to her ... I let her because, in return, she spoils me great.

As in the best families, I have two brothers, Marco and Alessio.

I remain her favorite, though, I know that for a fact!

Those two suckers work like crazy and I meanwhile drool with kibble, play with my ball and sometimes even pee in the house, so no one tells me anything haha! Sometimes I even do it out of spite.

I really have to say it ... I live as a KING!

Now if you, as mom says, joined our family because you bought something online or in the store you simply have to understand one simple thing: HERE I AM IN CHARGE!

My two brothers serve me happily, visibly and always at my beck and call: now I'll tell you why.

Marco takes me out early in the morning and picks up my poop; think "the poet," as I call him, says that doing this simple action reconnects him with the important things in life.

Alessio lets me run around with my favorite ball; he is a dreamer and often enchants himself watching me play. All in all, they are two good devils.

I like Roberta, Marco's wife, she is lovely nice and spends hours brushing me, I let her do it because one sweet look from me is enough to make her do what I want.

Back to my brothers, they do their best for you: they answer more than 100 emails a day, they shorten necklaces, widen rings, chase couriers to get your packages out on time....

So if your product arrived the next day, if it's not what you imagined (well, if you're reading a writing dog, some imagination you must have), or for any other problem ... Ask nicely and those two, as much as possible, will go out of their way to help you (after all, they're just two normal humans!).

If, on the other hand, you got up poorly this morning or simply decided that "yelling" is a good idea, know that only I can BOSS those two around because as I told you ... I am the KING here!

If you want to be the KING ... well get in line ... I am small but if I get angry I become a wolf!
